Fayose stated, “When the electricity issue is unaddressed, people at that level have no other attractions. After dark, around seven o’clock, everyone is with their wives, resulting in a rise in population.”
He emphasized that the lack of electricity causes people to go to bed early, as they see no other form of entertainment.
