Following his resounding re-election victory in the just-concluded 2025 Lagos Local Government elections, Hon. Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali has expressed heartfelt appreciation to the people of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA) for renewing his mandate.

In a statement released on Sunday, the re-elected Chairman said he was “deeply humbled and grateful” for the trust reposed in him through the ballot box.

A Victory powered by the people – Kasali

The election, which saw large voter turnout across Lekki LCDA, resulted in Hon. Kasali securing a convincing win under the All Progressives Congress (APC) platform.

His re-election is widely attributed to his strong performance during his first term, especially in the areas of infrastructure renewal, community development, and youth empowerment.
