He made these comments during the opening ceremony of the second edition of the Strategic Leadership and Management Course (SLMC2), aimed at Permanent Secretaries within the Lagos State Public Service. This event took place at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies – Oba (Dr.) Sikiru Kayode Adetona School of Governance Studies, located on the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) Campus.

The ceremony was graced by prominent attendees, such as Prof. Ayo Omotayo, Director-General of NIPSS; Ogun State Head of Service, Mr. Kehinde Olufemi Onasanya; Secretary/Director of Administration, Mr. Suleiman Muhammad Kabir; Director of Studies, Barr.
