Key Requirements
– Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership capacity.
– HND or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields.
– An MBA or Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline is a strong added advantage.
