The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) has launched its official website as part of efforts to modernise its operations and improve communication with students across the country.

The development was disclosed in a press statement signed by the NANS President, Akinteye Babatunde Afeez, on Thursday, July 23, 2026 posted on his social media handles.
According to the statement, the website, www.nanshq.org, will serve as the association’s official digital headquarters and provide students and stakeholders with access to timely information, student-focused initiatives, official statements, welfare interventions, key services and programmes.
“Today marks an historic milestone in the journey of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) as we officially unveil our digital headquarters, www.nanshq.org,” the statement read.

The association said the platform was introduced to strengthen communication between the national leadership and students across tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
“As we continue to modernise the operations of our great association, this platform will strengthen communication between the national leadership and students across all tertiary institutions in Nigeria, while ensuring that every Nigerian student has direct access to authentic information from NANS,” it added.
NANS urged students, stakeholders and members of the public to visit the website to explore its features and stay informed about the activities and programmes of the association.
