Responsibilities:

Senior Systems Administrator – Lagos

  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange and SharePoint.
  • Administer devices, compliance, configuration, Conditional Access, mobile application management and DLP policies.
  • Identify and address Microsoft 365 security risks.
  • Support hybrid Microsoft environments and enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Manage VDI, Windows imaging, software deployment, patching and configuration management.
  • Support Veeam cloud and on-premise backup infrastructure.
  • Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy and role-based access controls.
  • Support physical and virtual servers, storage, Microsoft and Linux infrastructure.
  • Maintain security, backup, redundancy and disaster recovery systems.
  • Manage technology assets, infrastructure upgrades and vendor relationships.

HRIS Analyst – Lagos

  • Maintain and configure the HRIS and related HR technology modules.
  • Ensure employee data accuracy, security and integrity.
  • Develop HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics.
  • Provide technical support to HRIS users and escalate complex issues.
  • Work with HR, IT, payroll, finance and operations teams to improve workflows.
  • Support system upgrades, integrations, testing and implementation projects.
  • Manage employee master data, organisational structures, job codes and system access.
  • Monitor HRIS integrations with payroll, finance, recruitment, learning and other platforms.
  • Support workforce compliance and management reporting.

Accounting and Finance Officer – Warri

  • Record business transactions accurately in the ERP and general ledger.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Perform vendor and customer reconciliations.
  • Support month-end accounting procedures, including accruals, depreciation, amortisation and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain the integrity of statement of financial position accounts.
  • Manage fixed asset records and support physical verification exercises.
  • Calculate and reconcile statutory deductions and support timely remittances.
  • Maintain complete and accessible transaction documentation.

Technical Manager – Marine Support & Logistics

  • Plan and oversee technical project execution across shipyard operations.
  • Coordinate the timely production of technical information for estimates and work scopes.
  • Support sales, estimation and procurement teams with technical expertise.
  • Develop maintenance systems for floating docks and shipyard equipment.
  • Liaise with classification societies on technical matters.
  • Coordinate docking, lifting, undocking and dock maintenance activities.

  • Monitor ROP, NPT, flat time and cost performance.
  • Manage contractor call-offs, field tickets and cost variances.
  • Ensure compliance with NUPRC requirements and well barrier standards.
  • Coordinate Company Representatives, completions, well services, HSE, QA/QC, logistics, marine and production teams.
  • Maintain well integrity, HSE performance, schedule and cost targets.

Senior Well Engineers/Drilling Superintendent – Scorpio Drilling, Warri

  • Supervise drilling and completion activities in line with approved programmes.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend measures to reduce NPT.
  • Maintain technical integrity of wells throughout their lifecycle.
  • Review well engineering designs, drilling trajectories, casing and cementing programmes.
  • Drive safe, efficient and technically compliant well delivery.

Senior Completions Engineer – Scorpio Drilling, Warri

  • Lead completion and workover operations from design through execution.
  • Validate completion designs, tubing calculations, setting depths and well barrier requirements.
  • Supervise offshore and onshore completion activities.
  • Oversee pressure testing and verification of completion assemblies.
  • Work with subsurface and reservoir teams to optimise completion designs.
  • Supervise perforating, stimulation, inflow testing, clean-up and handover.
  • Coordinate wireline, well testing, production and other completion service providers.

Fluids Engineer – Scorpio Drilling, Warri

  • Design, test and maintain drilling and completion fluid systems.
  • Monitor density, viscosity, gel strength, salinity and solids control.
  • Adjust fluid properties to maintain ECD and prevent kicks or lost circulation.
  • Prepare daily mud reports and end-of-well summaries.
  • Maintain compliance with chemical handling, environmental and safety requirements.

Requirements:

Senior Systems Administrator

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer and ITIL Foundation qualifications are required.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience managing Windows systems and physical or virtualised servers.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Exchange, Certificate Services and Group Policy.
  • Strong PowerShell, VMware, storage, networking and security knowledge.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, hybrid environments and Office 365 migrations.
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V, vSphere, Citrix, SQL, Terminal Services and UCC technologies is required.

HRIS Analyst

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Statistics or a related field.
  • 3-5 years’ relevant HRIS, HR operations, HR analytics, payroll systems or business systems experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with HRIS configuration, reporting, data audits, user access and system testing.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Power Query or HRIS reporting tools.
  • SQL, database and system integration knowledge is an advantage.
  • Understanding of data privacy, access controls and audit requirements.

Accounting and Finance Officer

  • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting.
  • Student membership of ICAN or ACCA.
  • 0-4 years’ experience in an Accounts or Finance function.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and relevant reporting standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.
  • Applicants must be residents of Delta State.

Technical Manager

  • Degree in Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience in marine and dock operations with relevant sea service.
  • Knowledge of ship repair requirements and maritime regulations.
  • Strong understanding of CAT and EMD engines and ship equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge of shipping and environmental laws.
  • Ability to work under pressure, outside normal working hours and across departments.

Drilling & Completions Manager

  • 12+ years’ drilling and completions experience, including swamp/brownfield operations.
  • IWCF Level 4 Supervisor certification.
  • BOSIET/HUET and H2S certifications.
  • Strong expertise in drilling, completions, workovers and well control.

Senior Well Engineers/Drilling Superintendent

  • 10+ years’ technical and operational experience in well engineering and drilling.
  • IWCF Level 4 certification.
  • BOSIET/HUET and H2S certifications.
  • Strong technical and operational understanding of well delivery.

Senior Completions Engineer

  • 10+ years’ experience in completions and workovers.
  • IWCF Level 4 Well Services/Completions certification.
  • BOSIET/HUET and H2S certifications.

Fluids Engineer

  • 7+ years’ fluids engineering experience.
  • IWCF Level 3 or Level 4 certification.
