Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
– Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Nigerian university.
– Have secured provisional admission into a one-year Master’s programme in an approved discipline for the 2026/2027 academic session.
– Be not more than 28 years old as of December 31, 2026.
– Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
– Possess a valid international passport (for the overseas category) with at least one year validity from September 2026.
Note: Employees of NAE and its affiliates, their dependents, as well as previous beneficiaries of similar NAE or affiliate scholarships, are ineligible. Applicants may apply to both Local and Overseas categories but must avoid multiple applications in the same category to prevent disqualification.
