Responsibilities:
- Support LGA teams with workplans, implementation plans and activity timelines.
- Coordinate with government officials, development partners, community stakeholders and frontline health workers.
- Provide technical support, supervision, mentorship and guidance to LGA teams.
- Support logistics, training, community mobilisation and service delivery monitoring.
- Participate in coordination meetings, technical working groups and relevant forums.
- Support data collection, analysis, post-event surveys and reporting.
- Document implementation risks, lessons learned, best practices and service delivery gaps.
- Provide regular LGA-level updates and flag programme risks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition, Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant fieldwork experience.
- Good knowledge of maternal, newborn, child health and nutrition programmes in Northern Nigeria.
- Strong understanding of local government structures and community dynamics in the relevant LGA.
- Fluency in English and Hausa is required; knowledge of other local languages in Katsina or Jigawa is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, monitoring, coordination and report-writing skills.
- Applicants must be indigenes and residents of Katsina or Jigawa State.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the LGA and outside the duty station when required.
