Accountant (5 years min experience)

Role:
Manage day-to-day accounting functions and support WDCL’s financial operations. The
accountant maintains accurate financial records for ongoing projects, processes invoices and
payments, and assists in financial reporting. This position ensures that transactions (invoices,
payments, journal entries) are recorded correctly prepared and ensured they are closed out especially
from the client’s end, also the general ledger and that bills and receipts are processed in a timely
manner.

Business Development Executive (5 years Min experience)
Role:
Drive WDCL’s growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the oil & gas
sector. This role combines market analysis, regulatory intelligence (including Nigerian local content
rules), marketing/communications and proposal development. The BDE will research market trends,
engage with industry stakeholders, and prepare compelling proposals and partnerships to win new
projects.

General Manager, HR & Administration (8–10 years experience)
Role:
Lead WDCL’s human resources and administrative functions across multiple branches. The GM
HR-Admin is responsible for overall HR strategy (recruitment, development, retention) and company wide administration (offices, facilities, policies). Reporting to the Managing Director, this leader
ensures WDCL attracts and retains high-quality staff while maintaining effective administrative
operations.

Senior Accountant (7–9 years experience)

Role:
Manage and oversee accounting operations with special focus on billing, invoicing and
receivables. The Senior Accountant ensures that all financial transactions (invoices, purchase orders,
collections) are processed accurately and timely. This role supports budgeting, financial control and
reporting for WDCL’s projects and corporate accounts.

Bid Engineer (5 years min experience)

Role:
Prepare and compile technical bid proposals for WDCL’s engineering and construction projects.
The Bid Engineer works closely with engineering, procurement and commercial teams to respond to
tenders (RFQs/RFPs). This role ensures all proposals are complete, compliant and cost-optimized.

Role:
Lead WDCL’s bidding process for new projects, from opportunity identification through proposal
submission. The Bid Manager sets bid strategy, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures highquality, compliant proposals are delivered on time. This role is key to winning contracts and driving
company revenue growth.
