Responsibilities
– Oversee daily administrative operations across company locations
– Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
– Manage administrative budgets and drive cost optimisation
– Supervise corporate security operations and respond to security incidents
-Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
– Liaise with government agencies, including the Nigeria Immigration Service and Nigeria Police Force
– Coordinate immigration processes, including visas and expatriate documentation
– Oversee office facilities and fleet operations
– Manage vendors, procurement, and support service providers
– Supervise support staff, including drivers, cleaners, office assistants, and dispatch riders

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field- –
– Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in administration, facilities management, or corporate security
– Experience in fleet and facilities management
– Experience supervising support staff and managing vendors
– Strong background in security incident management and crisis response
– Experience working with government agencies
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
– High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
