It is targeted at a strategic finance professional who views the finance function as the “engine house” of a real estate business, with the team serving as expert mechanics who understand the organization’s financial architecture and its critical links to project delivery and performance acceleration.
Key Requirements
– Minimum of 10+ years of relevant finance experience
– At least 5+ years in senior management or CFO-level role

– First degree from a recognised university
– Must be a qualified accountant with ACA or ACCA and 10 years post-certification experience
– Significant experience in financial modelling and a CFA qualification would be a strong advantage
