Speaking in Freetown, Sierra Leone during the 69th Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, President Tinubu, represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima, informed African leaders that Nigeria has already evacuated over 1,490 of its citizens in seven groups and is ready to address this issue further.
“Nigeria strongly condemns the attacks on its citizens and other Africans in South Africa,” he stated.
