“As the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, I am depressed with the tragic death of our soldiers and officers on active duty. May God comfort the families of Brigadier General Musa Uba and other fallen heroes.” Tinubu stated.

He further extended prayers to the families of the kidnapped schoolgirls, noting his deep concern that heatless terrorists have disrupted the education of innocent schoolgirls.

The President emphasized that he has directed all security agencies to act swiftly to rescue the abducted girls and restore peace to Kebbi State.

Acknowledging a recent surge in violent extremism across the country, Tinubu stressed that he had directed security agencies to respond with urgency, clarity, and decisive action. “Our forces need the full cooperation of every community. Sharing information can save lives and protect our children,” he explained.

Reassuring the nation, Tinubu concluded that, “Those who threaten the safety of our citizens will face the full weight of the Nigerian state. May God comfort the bereaved families.”
