Nigerian comedian Sabinus has confirmed the end of his marriage to Ciana Chapman, revealing they remain on good terms and are committed to co-parenting their daughter.

Popular Nigerian comedian and skit maker Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, better known as Sabinus, has confirmed that his marriage to his wife, Ciana Chapman, has officially ended.

The comedian made the revelation during a TikTok live session, ending months of speculation surrounding his marital status.

“My Marriage Ended Peacefully,” Sabinus Says

Speaking during the session, Sabinus explained that the separation was amicable and free of conflict. He stressed that he and Ciana remain on good terms and are united in raising their daughter.

“I’m not married,” he said. “My marriage ended peacefully. The mum and I are good. My daughter is okay, and she is doing fine.”

The comedian also took the opportunity to dispel widespread rumours that had trailed the couple for months—ranging from alleged infidelity to domestic violence. Sabinus firmly denied these claims, stating that none of them contributed to the separation.

His confirmation follows a long period of public curiosity, during which both he and Ciana Chapman remained silent about the state of their relationship.

Despite the end of the marriage, Sabinus assured fans that he is committed to maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship for the sake of their daughter.

He praised Chapman for her role as a mother and reiterated that their relationship remains cordial.
