The Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Programme combines structured learning with practical work experience.
Over 24 months, participants will complete rotational assignments, work on real business projects and collaborate with teams across different functions.
Trainees will gain exposure to Schneider Electric’s technologies and solutions while developing technical, commercial, problem-solving and leadership skills through hands-on experience, mentorship and coaching.

Applicants must hold a BEng or BSc degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Electrical and Computer Engineering
- Statistics and Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Human Resources
- Psychology
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have a minimum Second Class Upper degree or equivalent CGPA from an accredited university
- Be a recent graduate from the Class of 2026 or expect to graduate within the next six months
- Have completed NYSC camp within the past three months or expect to complete NYSC camp within the next six months in 2026
- Be legally authorised to work in Nigeria
- Be willing to be based in Lagos throughout the programme
- Be available to start in February 2027
- Be committed to completing the 24-month programme
