To be eligible for the Finance Graduate Trainee role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
– Hold a minimum Second Class Upper Division (2:1) degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
– Be currently undergoing the ICAN or ACCA professional programme, or already be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN/ACCA).
– Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or are due to complete it by March 2026.
– Be 25 years or below as of the last birthday.
– Be analytically minded with the ability to learn quickly.
– Possess confidence and strong leadership skills.
– Be a self-starter who is willing and ready to live and work in rural areas where the company operates.
