A reputable Cosmetics & Plastic Manufacturing Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join its finance team. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical accounting background, solid manufacturing experience, and the ability to provide accurate financial reporting while supporting business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
– Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
– Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and cost accounting processes.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
– Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
– Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.
– Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
– Support financial planning and provide insights to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Minimum of 4 years’ accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
– Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
– Experience with ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
– Professional certification such as ACA, ICAN, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
– Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
