Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (Full-time, On-site)Key Requirements for SG Holdings Management Trainee 2026To be eligible for the SG Holdings Management Trainee Program 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) or a minimum CGPA of 3.5/5.0
- Possession of a Master’s degree or professional qualification (such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA) is an added advantage
- Both first and second degrees must be from recognized top-tier universities (local or international)
- Minimum of 3 years full-time post-NYSC work experience in a professional setting
- Preferably below 30 years of age at the time of application
- Must pass the company’s aptitude test with a minimum score of 50% in Numerical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Situational Judgement
- Strong leadership potential, commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities
