The Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Harry Iwuala, disclosed this last night in a press release.

“Yes, the much anticipated nominees for this year’s Award will be unveiled on the 10th of March. As usual with the Sportsville Award, we have painstakingly looked at the nominations and came up with a list that truly deserves to be honored and celebrated!

“Nigeria as a nation is richly blessed with personalities and corporate organizations that have supported the country’s sports development over the years and that makes the job of selecting few a herculean task, but thanks to the versatile committee members who sieved through the list and came up with the names we will be unveiling to the public next Tuesday,” the NPFL and Niger Delta Games Media Director added with satisfaction.
