- Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management or Customer Service Management.
- Relevant Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of risk management, regulatory frameworks and facilities-related standards.
- Strong decision-making, people management and mentoring skills.
