Petroleumprice.ng, Nigeria’s premier digital platform for real-time petroleum prices, downstream sector news, and the country’s first digital marketplace for fuel trading and logistics, is expanding its team.

The fast-growing platform is currently recruiting a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support its daily operations in Lagos.

About the Role

As an Operations Assistant, you will play a vital support role in ensuring smooth coordination, administrative efficiency, and seamless day-to-day activities of this dynamic petroleum information and marketplace hub. Key Responsibilities (expected):

• Provide strong administrative and operational support
• Coordinate team activities and schedules
• Handle internal and external communications
• Assist with marketplace operations, data updates, and process improvements
• Support the team in delivering timely petroleum price updates and news to users across Nigeria

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic data management
• Passion for the energy sector or interest in Nigeria’s petroleum industry is an advantage
• Previous experience in operations, admin, or coordination roles will be highly valued
