“2025 is all about enhancing and developing real touring infrastructures across Africa! We’re establishing essential partnerships to make these events feasible and creating substantial job prospects across the continent, all while promoting the album globally and enjoying the process.”

He shared a recent achievement of selling over 100,000 tickets in Nigeria, excluding Lagos and Abuja, emphasizing their ambition to perform in African cities that haven’t hosted shows in years. Asa described this strategy as one aimed at inspiring other artists to give back to the communities that helped elevate their careers.

“We sold over 100,000 tickets in Nigeria without reaching Lagos or Abuja, and we’re now returning to African cities that we haven’t visited in ages… reconnecting and changing our approach. We hope this motivates others to remember their roots and the communities that supported them.”

Proud of how Davido captivated the audience in Ivory Coast, Asa confirmed their upcoming performances in Kigali, Abuja, Freetown, Lagos, and Cotonou, stating that they are actively building a framework for touring in Africa.

“Ivory Coast was incredible! Next up is Kigali, followed by Abuja, Freetown, Lagos, and Cotonou. The touring scene in Africa is improving, and we are developing it as we go.”
