The programme offers practical exposure across agriculture, farm operations, processing and the wider agribusiness value chain.
Responsibilities:
- Gain hands-on experience across different areas of agricultural operations.
- Support farm production and operational activities.
- Gain exposure to layers, broilers, fishery, dairy and hatchery operations.
- Learn about processing and greenhouse production.
- Gain practical understanding of the agricultural value chain and agribusiness operations.
- Work across different departments and areas of the business as required.

Requirements:
- Recent graduate with 0-1 year of work experience.
- Degree/background in Animal Production/Science, Veterinary Medicine, Crop Production/Plant Science, Fisheries, Agricultural Economics or Agricultural Extension.
- Energetic, proactive and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work across different departments and areas of agricultural operations.
- Strong interest in agriculture, agribusiness and the agricultural value chain.
