Anambra govt announces chase after fraudulent pastors across State 

Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has announced a crackdown on fraudulent pastors who take advantage of vulnerable individuals by promoting a message of “salvation without the cross.”

Speaking at an event in Awka, the governor mentioned that some of these fake pastors are already in custody and are admitting their wrongdoings.

He also praised the progress made by the Anambra Burial Law, which aims to remove extravagant funeral expenses and ensure that all citizens receive a dignified and respectable burial.

Governor Soludo emphasized that a new, improved Anambra is on the horizon, one that will be free from such deceitful practices. He reiterated that his administration supports the church’s teachings about the value of hard work rather than the pursuit of quick wealth.
