Role Overview
The Manufacturing Excellence Specialist will provide professional support in optimizing the performance and efficient utilization of manufacturing assets. The position focuses on reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing service delivery while implementing best practices across the factory.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational performance and asset efficiency considering total delivered cost, quality, and service
- Implement best practice initiatives and business improvement projects
- Develop and maintain standards for Line, Labour, Energy, and Material usage
- Set and monitor factory KPIs
- Create and publish operational dashboards using Power BI, PowerApps, SharePoint, and Teams
- Conduct line studies to boost productivity and resource utilization
- Analyze factory losses and lead projects to eliminate them
- Champion Focused Improvement projects using 6 Sigma/DMAIC methodology
- Promote digital transformation initiatives within the factory
- Ensure adoption of Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Food Science & Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing Excellence
- Minimum of 2 years leading 6 Sigma/DMAIC projects
- Strong proficiency in data analytics (MS Excel, Power BI, PowerApps)
- High learning agility and strong project management skills
- Prior operational experience within a manufacturing/factory environment
