• Coordinate import shipments from clearance through final delivery.
• Ensure required customs and regulatory documentation is complete and accurate.
• Address clearance delays, documentation issues and shipment discrepancies.
• Work with warehouses, finance teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents and regulators.
• Identify ways to improve delivery timelines, operational accuracy and logistics costs.
• Maintain accurate logistics data and provide timely updates on operational risks.
• Track changes in relevant import regulations and ensure operational compliance.

• Manage procurement activities across the Source-to-Pay process.
• Develop procurement, sourcing and cost plans based on terminal requirements.
• Lead sourcing activities and identify opportunities for cost efficiency.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company controls and standards.
• Connect operational requirements with strategic sourcing and supply chain plans.
• Work with business leaders on budgets, procurement priorities and improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in import or logistics operations.
• Good knowledge of Nigerian import processes and regulatory systems, including NCS, SON and NSW.
• Strong judgement when handling delays, compliance matters and documentation risks.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coordinate different teams and resolve operational challenges independently.
• A practical approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Typically 2-5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or engineering planning.
• Experience with RFx processes, contracts, supplier management, sourcing strategies and supplier evaluation.
• Familiarity with ERP procurement and inventory systems and digital sourcing platforms.
• Understanding of Requisition-to-Pay processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, prioritisation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
