Responsibilities

Reservoir Engineer

• Support reservoir surveillance and performance analysis.
• Conduct reserves estimation and well/reservoir modelling.
• Contribute to field development planning.
• Apply reservoir simulation and modelling techniques.

Senior Reservoir Engineer

• Conduct dynamic reservoir simulation and modelling.
• Perform reservoir performance analysis.
• Design well tests and develop depletion strategies.
• Support hydrocarbon resource estimation and field development planning.
• Prepare production forecasts.
• Support independent reserves audits.

Geoscientist

• Perform 2D/3D seismic interpretation.
• Conduct subsurface structural mapping and reservoir characterisation.
• Support well planning and identify optimal drilling locations.
• Evaluate geological risks.
• Analyse rock and fluid properties, including porosity, permeability and saturation.

Senior Geoscientist

• Conduct 2D/3D seismic interpretation and subsurface structural mapping.
• Perform velocity modelling, sequence stratigraphy and petrophysical integration.
• Generate exploration prospects.
• Conduct volumetric hydrocarbon estimation and exploration risk assessment.
• Support well placement optimisation and field development planning.

Production Technologist

• Optimise production and analyse well performance.
• Design, install and maintain artificial lift systems, including gas lift, ESPs and rod pumps.
• Plan well interventions such as workovers and stimulations.
• Conduct nodal analysis and production rate forecasting.
• Coordinate well-testing programmes.
• Develop flow assurance strategies covering sand control, scale prevention and hydrate management.

Drilling Engineer

• Design and execute drilling programmes.
• Apply drilling engineering principles, techniques and equipment.
• Develop well designs and manage drilling fluid systems.
• Support bit selection, ROP optimisation and NPT reduction.
• Supervise field drilling operations.
• Manage contractors and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and HSE requirements.

Requirements

Reservoir Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Reservoir Engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation and modelling software, including Eclipse, Petrel or CMG.
• Experience in reservoir surveillance, reserves estimation, well/reservoir modelling and field development planning.

Senior Reservoir Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in Reservoir Engineering within the upstream oil and gas industry.
• Expert proficiency in Petrel RE, Eclipse 100/300 Suite, PETEX Suites, Kappa and OFM.
• Experience in dynamic reservoir simulation, reservoir performance analysis, well test design and depletion strategy development.
• Experience in hydrocarbon resource estimation, field development planning, production forecasting and supporting reserves audits.

Geoscientist

• Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geophysics, Earth Sciences or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant project experience in geoscience, geological modelling or seismic interpretation.
• Proficiency in Petrel, ArcGIS or Kingdom Suite.
• Strong knowledge of 2D/3D seismic interpretation, subsurface structural mapping and reservoir characterisation.
• Ability to support well planning, geological risk assessment and analysis of rock/fluid properties.

Senior Geoscientist

• Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Geology, Geophysics or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional membership such as NAPE or AAPG is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in geoscience within the oil and gas industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Petrel, GeoGraphix and 3D geological modelling tools.
• Expertise in 2D/3D seismic interpretation, structural mapping, velocity modelling, sequence stratigraphy and petrophysical integration.
• Experience in prospect generation, hydrocarbon estimation, exploration risk assessment, well placement optimisation and field development planning.

Production Technologist

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Production Engineering or a related discipline.
• Advanced technical certifications in production technology are an advantage.
• 5-8 years’ experience in oil and gas production technology.
• Hands-on experience with artificial lift systems, production optimisation and well performance analysis.
• Proficiency in production modelling software such as Prosper and GAP.
• Experience with artificial lift systems, well interventions, nodal analysis, production forecasting, well testing and flow assurance.

Drilling Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 7-10 years’ experience in drilling operations, preferably across onshore and offshore environments.
• Strong knowledge of drilling engineering principles, techniques and equipment.
• Proficiency in drilling software tools.
• Experience in well design, drilling fluid systems, bit selection, ROP optimisation and NPT reduction.
• Experience in drilling programme execution, field supervision, contractor/logistics management and regulatory/HSE compliance.
