Reckitt Nigeria is recruiting recent graduates for its 2026 Management Trainee Program, Trailblazers 5.0.
The programme is designed to develop future Reckitt leaders through rotations across Commercial and Supply functions, with opportunities to gain practical business experience and learn from experienced business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Build an understanding of Reckitt’s leading brands and business operations.
- Gain practical experience through real-life business sessions from the beginning of the programme.
- Participate in rotations across Commercial and Supply functions.
- Work with experienced business leaders and receive mentorship.
- Develop the skills required to contribute to business growth and performance.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree obtained between 2022 and 2025.
- Open to graduates from any degree discipline.
- Minimum of Second Class Honours.
- Must have completed NYSC by December 2026.
- Demonstrated ownership and self-awareness.
- Mental agility and ability to adapt.
- Proactive approach to work.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
