Key Requirements:
– Excellent academic record: Minimum Second Class Upper (2:1) from an accredited Nigerian university.
– Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two and a half years.
– Preferably completed NYSC or about to be mobilised for service.
– Strong evidence of extracurricular activities, leadership, awards, and demonstrated impact beyond academics.
