Role Overview

The Sustainability & ESG Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in advancing the company’s sustainability agenda. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the execution of ESG and sustainability strategies across the organisation
- Driving sustainability initiatives across various business units and operations
- Supporting ESG reporting, compliance, and disclosure requirements
- Monitoring and tracking sustainability KPIs and performance metrics
- Coordinating engagement with stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Championing operational transformation towards more sustainable practices
Requirements and Qualifications
Qualified candidates should possess:
- A B.Sc or HND in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Economics, Sustainability, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in ESG and sustainability management
- Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments (preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of global sustainability frameworks including GRI, CDSB, UNGC, and SASB
- Excellent analytical, reporting, data management, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities are essential for success in this role.
