Responsibilities

HR Specialist – HRBP

• Prepare HR reports covering workforce numbers, employee movements, vacancies, turnover, performance, training and employee relations.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and management reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors reporting, workflow monitoring, data updates and data quality management.
• Assist with workforce planning, vacancy tracking, organisational structures and manpower reporting.
• Provide analytical support for talent reviews, succession planning and performance management.
• Maintain HR compliance trackers, audit documentation and action logs.
• Protect the accuracy, integrity and confidentiality of HR data.

Process Engineer

• Monitor production line operations from the Central Control Room to ensure compliance with production standards.
• Guide operators and patrollers in coordination with shift supervisors.
• Oversee plant processes to support equipment stability, workplace safety and environmental compliance.
• Record process data and prepare operational reports.
• Monitor the crusher, raw mills, kiln and cement mills, providing guidance to production teams.
• Identify equipment faults and potential failures, and support troubleshooting.
• Recommend improvements to plant automation and operating processes.
• Supervise casual workers responsible for keeping conveyor belts clean and free from blockages.
• Help achieve cement and clinker production targets during assigned shifts.
• Perform other duties assigned by the section head or HOD.

Regional Head Internal Audit

• Coordinate and review internal audit reports and presentation packs for board committees, executive management and statutory audit committees.
• Support the Group Chief Internal Auditor in providing independent assurance on governance, risk management and internal controls.
• Review audit committee minutes, outstanding actions and management letter validations across relevant African clusters.
• Coordinate quarterly Anti-Fraud Committee reports and internal audit submissions.
• Lead special audit reviews across business units, including manufacturing and industrial operations.
• Manage ISO 22301 business continuity audit engagements.
• Review departmental expenses and liaise with external auditors and consultants.
• Oversee internal audit submissions to regulatory bodies, including the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Requirements

HR Specialist – HRBP

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS management, HR analytics, reporting or a similar role.
• Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors and exposure to SAP HCM.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, HR Analytics or Data Analytics are desirable.
• Experience in a large corporate, manufacturing or multi-location organisation is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning and data confidentiality skills.

Process Engineer

• BSc in Chemical and Processing Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good understanding of cement production processes, product quality parameters and quality control.
• Knowledge of crushing operations, equipment and their functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, relationship management and supervisory abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate in English and Swahili.

Regional Head Internal Audit

• BSc or HND in Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 8 years at senior management level.
• Membership of a recognised professional body such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CIA or IIA is required.
• A master’s degree in Accounting or an MBA is an advantage.
• Certifications such as CQA, CFSA or ISACA are beneficial.
• Experience in a top-tier audit firm or global manufacturing company is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, ethics, corporate governance, IFRS, regulatory reporting and control frameworks such as COSO.
• Familiarity with audit automation tools, MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent project  management, negotiation, analytical, strategic thinking and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions and cultures, demonstrating sound judgement and professional
