Data Tracking Officer
- Monitor and track truck and driver activities using GPS and fleet tracking systems
- Analyse tracking data and generate reports to enhance fleet efficiency and utilisation
- Coordinate the activities of Data Tracking Operators
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot vehicle tracking devices
- Identify, escalate and follow up on driver violations for compliance resolution
- Monitor tracking service accounts and liaise with network service providers
- Monitor validity of truck operating documents and advise on timely renewals
- Prepare accurate tracking reports for management decision-making
- Support initiatives to reduce accidents and improve truck turnaround time
- Requirements: HND or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline | Minimum 3 years experience in Data Tracking, Fleet Monitoring or Transportation Operations | Experience using GPS and fleet management systems | Professional certification in Logistics, Fleet Management or Data Analytics is an added advantage

- Provide timely resolution of IT incidents and minimise downtime for end-user services
- Install, configure and support desktop computers, laptops, telephony systems, wireless networks, printers, scanners and mobile devices
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network-related issues
- Maintain desktop infrastructure through routine upgrades, patches, releases and hot-fixes
- Monitor endpoint security compliance including OS updates and antivirus definitions
- Document, log, track and escalate incidents in line with established support procedures
- Requirements: OND or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field | Minimum 1 year of desktop or IT support experience in a medium-sized organisation
