The portal, which was scheduled to open on Monday, July 14, is now rescheduled to Monday, July 21, 2025, to address technical and logistical concerns.
In an official statement issued by Maj. Gen. Abdulmalik Jibrin (rtd.), Secretary to the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire, and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB), the delayed launch is aimed at Improving portal capacity to handle high applicant traffic.
