First Lady Oluremi Tinubu congratulates Hilda Baci on Guinness world record feat

Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has congratulated celebrity chef Hilda Bassey Effiong, popularly known as Hilda Baci, on setting a new Guinness World Record for the largest serving of Nigerian-style Jollof rice.

In a statement, Senator Tinubu described Baci’s culinary achievement as a demonstration of resilience, passion, and creativity that has placed Nigeria on the global stage.

“Your art of culinary techniques has not only brought pride to our dear nation, but has gained national and global recognition,” she said.

This new record adds to Hilda Baci’s growing reputation as a culinary ambassador for Nigeria, following her 2023 Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon.
