Former Plateau United defender Andrew Ikefe has completed a move to Jaish Sports Club of Iraq ahead of the 2025/26 season.

The Nigerian centre-back joined Jaish SC with vast experience. Ikefe previously featured in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), where he represented Niger Tornadoes, Katsina United, Kwara United, and Plateau United.

His performances in Nigeria earned him opportunities abroad, leading to stints in the Middle East. Ikefe has previously played in Lebanon for Shabab Al Sahel and Al Ahed, where he featured in domestic league and continental competitions.
