The lawmaker highlighted his potential ranking status as a key reason constituents should back his return, arguing that his experience in the House would translate to greater legislative influence and more benefits for Surulere residents.
Elliott directed his appeal to a wide range of stakeholders, including APC party leaders, ward executives, youth groups, women’s associations, and community leaders across Surulere Local Government, urging them to remain united and peaceful throughout the process.
He also expressed appreciation for the support he has received since taking office, pledging not to take it for granted.
Elliott, who rose to fame through his roles in Nigerian film and television before entering politics, currently serves as the incumbent APC representative for the constituency in the Lagos State House of Assembly.
