The Coordinating Director of the Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (LASRERA), ESV. Mrs. Temitope Akinbola, stated this at the General Meeting of the Estate Rent and Commission Agents Association of Nigeria (ERCAAN) held at the Secretariat Hall, Igando-Ikotun LCDA.

Speaking on the theme, “Importance and Benefits of LASRERA Licence to Real Estate Practitioners in Lagos State,” Akinbola said the engagement provided an opportunity to educate practitioners on the importance of obtaining the appropriate LASRERA permit and complying with relevant regulations.
She said the permit enhances the credibility of real estate practitioners by formally recognising them to operate in the state, thereby giving clients greater confidence in their services.
