Attendees were also introduced to shortcuts and digital tools designed to simplify tasks and speed up workflow across departments.

According to the Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), the initiative reflects his administration’s commitment to continuous staff training and re-training as a means of improving service delivery to the people of Lekki.
“For us, capacity building is not a one-off activity. It is a continuous process that ensures our workforce is prepared to meet today’s demands and tomorrow’s challenges,” Engr. Kasali stated.
