Lekki LCDA holds excel training for middle managers to boost service delivery

The Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has organized an Excel Intermediate Level Training for its middle managers as part of ongoing efforts to enhance digital literacy and improve workplace efficiency.

The training, held at the Council’s ICT Centre, focused on equipping participants with practical skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. Attendees were also introduced to shortcuts and digital tools designed to simplify tasks and speed up workflow across departments.

According to the Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), the initiative reflects his administration’s commitment to continuous staff training and re-training as a means of improving service delivery to the people of Lekki.

“For us, capacity building is not a one-off activity. It is a continuous process that ensures our workforce is prepared to meet today’s demands and tomorrow’s challenges,” Engr. Kasali stated.

The Excel training is one of a series of capacity-building programmes designed under the Chairman’s leadership to strengthen staff performance while prioritizing worker welfare.
