Program Details
Successful applicants will be placed with carefully selected host organisations where they will work for 12 months. Participants will receive a monthly stipend ranging from $200 to $300 throughout the duration of the program.
This initiative aims to equip young talents with practical skills, professional exposure, and networks that will enhance their long-term career prospects.

To qualify for the Mastercard Foundation Associates Program 2026, applicants must:
- Be a young Nigerian graduate
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)

Note that being a Mastercard Foundation alumnus is optional and not a mandatory requirement.
