Eligibility Criteria
- Open to women across Nigeria (and reportedly Africa) who are passionate about starting or pivoting into a tech career.
- Self-taught or formally trained candidates are welcome — no prior professional experience is strictly required.
- Interest/background in engineering, data, product, IT, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., Python, SQL, programming concepts, etc., depending on the role).
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and eagerness to learn.
The programme especially encourages women who have the talent and drive but have faced barriers to access opportunities in tech.
