Ogun State govt prolongs deadline for submitting property documents by two weeks

The Ogun State government has announced a two-week extension for property owners and occupiers involved in the current audit exercise to submit their property title documents.

Olatunji Odunlami, the Hon. Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, stated that this extension is intended to allow property owners and developers additional time to regularize any unapproved developments.

This decision reflects the state government’s willingness to accommodate requests from affected property owners in Ijebu-ode.

Moreover, the government clarified that this extension does not affect any constitutional or statutory actions that have already been taken.

Additionally, the Ogun State government emphasized the ongoing physical development audit in Sagamu, Ijebu-ode, as part of its commitment to promoting sustainable urban development throughout the region.
