Polaris Bank Limited is currently hiring for the position of Relationship Officer (Corporate Banking) based in Lagos.
The bank is seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional to manage and grow corporate banking relationships across key sectors, including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Power & Infrastructure, Agriculture, Non-Oil Exports, Manufacturing, Large Corporates, and Conglomerates.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate, develop, and manage corporate client relationships
- Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct credit analysis and prepare high-quality Credit Approval Memoranda (CAM)
- Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements in line with regulatory guidelines
- Identify and escalate emerging risks within customer portfolios

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent (BA/BSc/HND)
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, or Credit Analysis
- Demonstrated experience managing clients in one or more of the priority sectors listed above
- Proven ability to originate and structure corporate banking transactions
