“This ceremony signifies a renewed dedication to protect every Nigerian,” the President emphasized. “Without security, there can be no progress, and this administration will not relent until every region of Nigeria is safe.”

Acknowledging the armed forces for their sacrifices and bravery in reclaiming territories and rescuing hostages, Tinubu cautioned that security threats are evolving. He called on the military to utilize advanced intelligence and technology to “eliminate new threats promptly” before they can escalate.

Reiterating his administration’s commitment to supporting the armed forces, the President promised to equip them with the necessary tools and resources to achieve results, stating, “We cannot allow the crisis that began in 2009 to continue any longer.”

In closing, Tinubu prayed for the safety of Nigeria’s troops and reaffirmed his administration’s unwavering dedication to peace, unity, and national stability.
