Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be responsible for:
- Monitoring SME portfolio performance using reports and dashboards.
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly portfolio performance reports.
- Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate portfolio records and ensuring data integrity.
- Creating and updating dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Supporting data extraction, cleaning, validation and reconciliation.
- Conducting research and providing insights to support portfolio management.
- Collaborating with Portfolio, Risk, Product and Operations teams on analytical projects.
- Supporting business analysis and other reporting activities.
- Maintaining confidentiality when handling customer and financial data.
Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Successful completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Strong academic record.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and research skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Additional Skills (Advantages)
The following are desirable but not mandatory:
