The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has approved the recruitment of an additional 1,400 officers into the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (LAGESC/KAI).
According to the Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, the expansion aims to strengthen enforcement operations and boost the state’s capacity to maintain cleaner, healthier, and well-regulated public spaces.
