Access Bank Plc has opened applications for its highly anticipated Entry Level Training Programme (ELTP) 2026, offering young Nigerian graduates a structured pathway into the banking and financial services industry.

The programme, which features two distinct tracks — ELTP Retail and ELTP Tech — aims to identify, develop, and retain talented graduates who will contribute to the bank’s growth and digital transformation agenda.

Programme Requirements

Interested candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) division in a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised and accredited institution.
  • Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • Must reside in Nigeria or possess the legal right to work in the country.
  • Access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection for training and remote activities.
  • Applicants are allowed to apply for only one programme track.

ELTP Retail is open to graduates from any academic discipline, while ELTP Tech prefers candidates with backgrounds in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics-related fields.
