The successful candidate will play a key role in financial controlling, process optimisation, and digital transformation. agriportance is a young, innovative company with around 35 employees, blending start-up energy with meaningful impact in Europe’s energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
– Finance & Controlling: Prepare financial analyses and reports, track KPIs, and support management decision-making.

– AI & Automation: Identify and implement automation opportunities, build AI-supported processes (e.g., reporting automation, document processing), and leverage tools like ChatGPT and AI agents to boost efficiency.
– Organising & Operations: Optimise internal processes across operations and HR, coordinate onboarding and recruiting workflows, and manage administrative and compliance tasks.
Requirements
– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance/controlling with strong analytical and KPI skills.

– Hands-on experience with AI-based solutions and workflow automation.
– Background in HR operations or back-office process design and optimization.
– Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.

– Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Compensation & Benefits
– Salary Range: $22,500 – $42,500 annually (depending on experience, skills, and qualifications).
