The LJLA Fellowship is a fully funded, 12-month full-time leadership development programme**. It combines rigorous training, mentorship, and practical immersion in Lagos State’s ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs).

Fellows will shadow senior officials, participate in policy engagements, and work on real governance challenges, equipping them with technical skills, ethical values, innovation, and resilience needed to drive sustainable change.

The programme is structured around four core components designed to deliver a holistic experience:

– On-the-job training and direct contribution to government work.

Who Can Apply? Eligibility Criteria

– Be a Nigerian citizen

– Be between 25 and 35 years old
