7up Bottling Company Ltd is recruiting professionals for four positions across quality assurance, engineering, digital marketing and finance.
The opportunities are based in Lagos and are available to candidates with relevant industry experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Manager
- Ensure plant operations comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements and good manufacturing practices.
- Work with regulatory authorities on product quality, manufacturing processes, packaging and consumer-related matters.
- Monitor product and plant performance and provide quality reports to management.
- Develop programmes that support consistent product quality and reduce waste.
- Lead quality audits and manage quality control activities.
- Identify product, process and cost improvement opportunities.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage non-conforming products.
Mechanical Project Manager
- Coordinate project activities across engineering and other disciplines while maintaining safety standards.
- Review equipment requirements, P&IDs and mechanical, piping and electrical BOQs.
- Coordinate with plant teams on project requirements, stoppages and statutory obligations.
- Manage vendor contracts, project schedules and Gantt charts.
- Monitor project costs and escalate potential budget overruns.
- Track project risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
- Follow up on procurement and vendor payments.
- Provide daily updates and weekly reports to the Project Head.
- Coordinate logistics for project site teams.
Digital Marketing Manager
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and optimise campaigns across social media, email, content marketing and online advertising.
- Establish KPIs and monitor campaign performance and return on investment.
- Manage social media strategies, content calendars and online community engagement.
- Coordinate with creative teams on digital content and marketing assets.
- Analyse website, campaign and conversion data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources across campaigns.
- Support commercial initiatives through financial and performance analysis of marketing activities.
Finance Analyst
- Prepare financial reports and analyse business performance trends.
- Develop presentations for board, shareholder and senior management meetings.
- Conduct variance analysis comparing budgets, forecasts and actual results.
- Support month-end financial close and management reporting.
- Work with Business Intelligence teams to develop dashboards and automate reporting processes.
- Assess the financial impact of expansion plans and new business initiatives.
- Support Finance systems and reporting process improvements.
- Provide financial insight to commercial teams on sales, pricing, promotions and profitability.
- Analyse product and pack profitability and support portfolio management decisions.
Requirements:
Quality Assurance Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science and Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the CSD industry, including 2 years at management level in quality control or assurance within food and beverage.
- Knowledge of bottling operations and operational planning.
- Experience in budgeting and people management.
- Understanding of manufacturing, quality, environmental, engineering, health and safety processes.
- Knowledge of WC manufacturing methodologies, HQSE requirements, GMP and GHK/5S standards.

Mechanical Project Manager
- B.Eng. or HND in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-7 years of relevant hands-on technical project engineering experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a beverage bottling company.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, with ability to schedule projects using MS Project.
- Experience in budgeting and people management.
- Knowledge of bottling operations, planning, manufacturing, quality and environmental processes.
- PMP certification or an equivalent qualification.
- Project management certification is an advantage.
- Experience in plant manufacturing operations and project planning and implementation.
- Experience with new equipment, production line installation or extensions is an advantage.
Digital Marketing Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and people-management abilities.
Finance Analyst
- At least 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial systems.
- Strong negotiation and data analysis skills.
- Experience with sizeable ERP systems such as Dynamics NAV or SAP.
- ICAN or similar professional accounting membership is an advantage.
