Responsibilities:
Graduate Trainee – Quantity Surveying
- Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Support the measurement and valuation of construction works.
- Assist with budgeting, cost monitoring, and project cost control.
- Prepare material quantity take-offs and procurement documentation.
- Review contractor quotations, invoices, and project variations.
- Maintain cost records and project documentation.

Graduate Trainee – Civil Engineering
- Assist with site supervision and construction monitoring.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Monitor construction quality, materials, workmanship, and project progress.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Follow applicable health, safety, and construction standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, as applicable.
- Recent graduates and candidates with limited relevant work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of relevant engineering or quantity surveying software is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and work effectively with a project team.
- Ability to work on construction sites when required.
